Welcome to the official BRUO store. Here we answer the most common questions from our customers. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, contact us and we will be happy to help.

1. Are prices including VAT?

Yes, all prices shown include 21% VAT, except if you have an account as a wholesale customer or distributor, where a special regime may apply.

2. Is there a minimum purchase amount?

Yes, to process your order we have set a minimum of €15.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) via PayPal, safe and fast.

  • PayPal account, instant payment with no fees.

  • Bizum.

Cash on delivery is not accepted.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Mainland Spain: 1–2 business days.

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 5–15 days via Correos.

  • International (Europe): 5–15 days.

5. How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the area and the order amount. For mainland Spain, orders under €20 cost €4, orders between €20 and €50 cost €2, and orders over €50 are free. In the Balearic Islands, orders under €20 cost €8, orders between €20 and €50 cost €6, and orders over €50 cost €4. For Europe, orders under €20 cost €20, orders between €20 and €50 cost €15, and orders over €50 cost €10.

6. What happens if an item is out of stock and I’ve already paid?

It is very rare for an item to be out of stock, and we can manufacture any product in less than a day.
If it is not possible to deliver an item, we will contact you to offer an exchange or an immediate refund.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

  • You can exchange an item (for example, if you don’t like the color) within one month of placing your order.

  • You must cover the shipping costs for the return and the new shipment.

  • Returns are only accepted for broken, defective, or damaged products.
