  • Shipping times: Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after payment is received. Shipments are made using a 24–72 hour service. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking link so you can monitor it online.

  • Minimum order: The minimum order amount is €15.

  • Shipping costs:
    Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and delivery. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order, as it is not possible to combine two orders into one shipment, and the costs would apply separately.

    Costs vary depending on the area and order amount:

    • Mainland Spain: orders under €20: €4, orders between €20 and €50: €2, orders over €50: free.

    • Balearic Islands: orders under €20: €8, orders between €20 and €50: €6, orders over €50: €4.

    • Europe: orders under €20: €20, orders between €20 and €50: €15, orders over €50: €10.

  • Recommendation: Group all your products in a single order to save on shipping costs and speed up delivery.
